I need to tell you a little something... I use Windows 2000 Pro and when i went to add remove conponents it didn't have Windows Media Service..... So I was thinking if I needed Windows XP or Windows 2000 Server Or Advanced Server?

you can see the error on my attachment. I have a server On the same machine but how do I make it a Windows Media Server?

Hi everyone! I have a BIG problem..... Here's the story: I want to broadcast something online so I got Windows Media Encoder. I read the help and it said I have to make an announcement to create broadcasts... then it told me that I need to use a wizard ok.... To access the wizard I need to make a session using PUSH to another server. Now it tells me that I have to use a Windows Media Server. Ok now i was assuming it was a web site with a embed player...... I Pushed it to my server and they said it could not connect (it had some errors.) I went back to help. it said I need a Protcool plugin enabled on my server. And how the **** do I do that??? And what is a protcool plugin anyway? Someone Plz Help!!! I'm Desprite!!!!!
