i no longer know what to check, been havin some dificulties on my winxp sp2 system info Asus p4p800 deluxe Adaptec Sata Raid Controler 4x Seagate (2x80 + 2x200) all sata RAM Twinmoss dual 2x512 I started getting autoreboots, after some search i discovered it has to be RAM or CPU related i vent checking ram but i get reboot in every combination so its not RAM when i turn off the autoreboot on critical error i get blue screen saying error occured and its mentioning file aar1210.sys after search for this file i noticed its related to adaptec raid driver now this brings me to suspecting controler drivers and some other issues i had with this controler some time ago on previous xp install i had 2x80 setup as raid bot partition on my promise controler, the other controler on board wont recognise any of the disks so i bought another one - adaptec and pluged 2x200 seagate sata and left them as normal partitions, not a raid structure now already then i thought i had a bad disk, i couldnt complete regular format on one of my 200g, unfortunately i dont remember where i formated the first 200g but the second one wouldnt want to be formated, stuck on 67 or 68 percent, althou quick format worked fine. i vent replacing the disk, came back home with a new one and it couldnt be formated either i tryed some prog for monitoring disks(was called activesmart or something like that, fairly common disk monitor prog) i noticed on that prog that my disk doesnt hold the name seagate or any of the data that would describe my disk, there was just something like "aU." written in field for disk name and the rest of the data missing then i vent formating the disk on my friends sata controler, format vent fine without any problems, so i pluged it into my system and did a fresh install of xp on raid setup(the 2x80 one) with the disfference that i used original drivers from adaptec to load up raid on win install(as ususal for all raid drivers), i got some incompatibility window(bad win logo window) on wich i took the proceed option. Then everything fine until now, about 2months later when i started getting this reboots, now as i tested ram i dont know what could it be, did my system got wasted, hardly believe so because i use updated adaware+updated panda titanium and checked with 2 online scan so i dont have any viri, at least trend micro and panda didnt find any anyone please help, do i need to use any newer drivers or what is the deal with my problem aa and another thing lil while ago when i was testing ram, the system froze in wierd way, it didnt actualy freeze but i just couldnt access taskbar, not start not anything from the tray, ctrl+esc didnt work either, althou i could bring up task manager with magic buttons, and the proceses were runing like about 8%,10%,17%,7%(sometimes even some 60 or 80% but just for a sec)... and stil i couldnt access any ot the taskbar stuff, then after a min or so blue screen with the usual aar1210.sys error anyone please some help needed here
