Hi oioldman, Thanks for your reply. The problem seems to be that I have deleted all the files. I had version 7 installed, and deleted teh whole lot. However, when I tried to re-install it, it told me that I can only download version 7 if I have already downloaded a previous version, namely 6.2 or the like. I tried to download that, and from tehre do an upgrade, but it wouldn't allow me even to do this much. Strange really. Technically, therefore, at the moment, I have nothing installed. Sorry for what might sound like an extremely stupid question, but could you explain what you mean about being looged on as an administrator?? I am a complete beginner when it comes to computer-y things!! Thanks again...

Hi Everyone... Can anybody help a complete computer id*** to download msm?? I had some difficulties with it yesterday adn uninstalled the programme and tried to reinstall. However when I go through teh installation process, I keep getting messages to say that MSM cannot be installed on your computer...very annoying! Any ideas would be VERY appreciated. My msm gave some trouble yesterday so I uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall...however, having tried about 100 times, it simply will not allow me. After going through the downloading process, it keeps sending a box saying MSM version 7.0 can't be downloaded on your computer. Even though I have only been trying 6.2!
