i 've tried to add "Open With Resource Hacker" option to the context menu. i 've modified "Open with notepad" tweak and merged it. but it did not work. is there any way to do this? thanks in advance

i've installed windows xp pro and sp2 on c: after installing sp2, windows does't boot. it freezes at windows boot screen(blue progress bar doesn't move) i've also installed from my unattended cd but windows didn't boot. what should i do? thanks in advance
