Hi guys. I wonder if anyone on here can help me. I work in IT support and the IT administartor of our network is off today. Temporary promotion We have 5 win 2003 servers two of which are DC's. At the weekend we had a complete shutdown of all servers\switches etc. Everything internally is working fine but... We have a support company who looks after our accounting software.. They use a dial up connection to get in, RAS. They can get onto the main DC but can not RDC or VNC on to any other server. They cant even ping anything. I can Remote to any server from any server yet they cannot. Any ideas, I dont know what to do...... Ive tried restarting several services to no avail.
