Hi everyone Just after Outlook 2003 starts, a pop-up window is displayed saying "Configuring Outlook, Migrating Account Settings, Migrating Preferences....". Outlook then crashes with the following message: "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". I'm then given a chance to restart Outlook and send an error report to MS, then to start the program in safe mode. Safe mode doesn't make a difference. I've tried Detect & Repair, a full uninstall and reinstall of Office 2003, and installing every possible service pack and update from the Office Update site. I've also tried the instructions in this http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=826494Anyone Knowledgebase article. Anyone know of anything else I can try? All the other Office 2003 apps work fine... Also here is the entry of the crashfrom XP's event viewer, it's the same every time Outlook 2003 crashes: "Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937, faulting module outlcm.dll, version 10.0.2623.0, stamp 3a97f64e, debug? 0, fault address 0x00023017.
