I just tried it using MagicISO and VMWare 5.0 to build up a bootable DVD over 4.5g in size, all O/S's would boot fine until I added one more, causing the size of the ISO to go over 5 GB. Thereupon none of the OS's would boot correctly. I removed a known working OS to drop the size back down and they all worked again, including the newly added one. Anybody ran into this? JK
