How can i delete the folders in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Menuen Start\Programmer\" I have made a rar file sfx with the Shortcut i want (i know that i cant delete the folder "start")

I cant find a vay to thes programs adobe reader 5 dk, Fireburner 2.20, pover DVD 4 and PerfectDisk.Workstation.v6.0. Adobe : i have open with Winrar and then i get a "setup.exe 32-bit setup launcher installshield" I try to make a setup.iss budt not have any luck (When i boot up) Power DVD : i have open with Winrar and then i get a "setup.exe installshield" I try to make a setup.iss budt not have any luck(under instalatioen you shoud type a cd key) This can i finde in the setup.iss (When i boot up)
