[Setup cannot format :(]

Is the hard drive you're using a brand new drive (never been formatted before)? I've experienced the same problem whereby windows setup claims it cannot find any hard drive after partitioning just as it looks like it's formatting and thus can't format it. However, If you take the same hard drive, which has never been formatted before and format it first by some other means (and even deleting all partitions afterwards)... it will work.

Also with previous other Nlite Windows version i made i didn't had this problem.

It could be chipset drivers, re-make the xp cd with motherboard chipset drivers in the i386 folder.

My guestion is how can you make post install more secur, for instance while application is installing someone can interrupt installation, is there any way you can lock during installation.
