  1. Thanks. Tried all of them already.
  2. I have 6 windows 2003 server SP1 which I currently cannot logon to via Terminal Services/Remote Desktop. The permissions are correct because I can logon to the server if I stand in front of them. These servers reside in a child domain. For the purpose of this discussion lets call the domain child.parent.com. If I use an account in the child domain, I can logon eg admin@child.parent.com via terminal services. However if I use my account admin@parent.com I cant get in!! Like I said before, the permissions are there cos I can login standing in front of the server using my admin@parent.com account. The message I in the event viewer has an id of 1219 and reads: Logon rejected for PARENTDOMAIN\admin. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration. Error: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. Can anyone help? Btw, i can login via Terminal services to other Windows 2000 servers SP4 in this child domain using my parent domain account.
  3. Hi...I'm tasked with building an unattended install for Windows 2003 in my environment. There will be more types of hardware arriving but so far I've built kits for a Poweredge 2850 and a SC1425. The kits work fine but my problem is making the kit universal. By this I mean, I dont know how to put drivers in for more than 1 type of raid controller in the TEXTMODE folder?? I have the normal structure: i386->$oem$->$1 i386->$oem$->$$ i386->$oem$->C i386->$oem$->Textmode The way I've been getting round it is by creating additional textmode folders and renaming them as and when I build a server eg i386->$oem$->Textmode_sc1425 or i386->$oem$->Textmode_pe2850 So when I come to build a Poweredge 2850 I just rename the folder Textmode_pe2850 to Textmode! This is my workaround so far but can someone tell me how its done? I actually tried creating subfolders within the Textmode folder. For Example i386->$oem$->Textmode->SC1425 i386->$oem$->Textmode->PE2850 and then I modified my unattend.txt to read [oembootfiles] sc1425\txtsetup.oem sc1425\file1.sys etc... But this still didnt work Any thoughts???? Help......
