Hi. I am testing my WPI and when it finish computer goes to shutdown. How to disable it?

I am from Croatia and my spelling in not so good, so if I make some mistakes... Here is a problem! I am not so good with computers and I studied tutorial but I can not create my own RunOnceEx.cmd file. I have downloaded RunOnceEx.cmd creator but I am having problem with parametars. I just can´t figure it out, so I was wondering if someone could create it for me and send it to my e-mail tihoper@vip.hr. Those bellow is software which I want to integrate to my XP install cd. 1.
