1.Win+R→regedit→go to HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon 2.in the right panel, locate this one→Userinit. the original one→C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe, 3.Right click Userinit>chose modify. Delete everything after "userinit.exe," OK the button Exit and Reboot your PC. Done!!
