If you 83 F8 9D 75 07 8B C6 in sfc_os.dll replace to B8 9D FF FF FF 90 90 only then WFP will be disabled forever. If you 83 F8 9D 75 07 8B C6 in sfc_os.dll replace to 83 F8 9D 75 07 90 90 then needs ffffff9d.

First you mast to patch sfc_os.dll

With XVI32 serch for string 83 F8 9D 75 07 8B C6 in sfc_os.dll and replace to 83 F8 9D 75 07 90 90. Update checksum with ModifyPE, cab it and put in FIX folder.

setupapi.dl_ is different on all OSs, but patching is the same (yet
) - we just need to find right address. On the internet i saw couple methods for patching setupapi.dl_, but I prefer to stay on 8B FF 55 8B EC -> 33 C0 C2 30 00. If someone wants more info how to find right address in setupapi.dl_ - PM 0 -

I'm cleaned LAYOUT.INF - removed *.cat entries. SYSSETUP.IN_ & TXTSETUP.SIF are cleaned by HFCLEANUP, so LAYOUT.INF U must clean manualy

I had some problems with removed *.cat files, but after manualy editing LAYOUT.INF - everything fine now.

Personally I don't like xchm, because xchm can't correctly show ebooks in .chm format
