Hello and warmest regards to all users. I am trying to slipstream XP SP2 into a genuine version of an OEM XP Pro. I am using a Win2kPro SP4 box to do this. If I try to do it manually from the command line, (with various switches set) or with Nlite, I get the same Program Error message every time:- "Update.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program" I have tried 2 different copies of both XP and the SP. Has anyone else experienced this or has anyone any ideas? I have been through all the MS stuff but can't find any reference to this error (but as usual I have learned a lot!). Thanks - Les
