JOURNOT

About 3 weeks ago I began having an error with explorer.exe--it doesnt work anymore. anytime I try to open a folder or use the windows explorer app, it blanks out my screen then says that it has encountered an error and has to shut down...heres the most specs I can get about the problem : AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: msvcrt.dll ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 00037fd4 theres also the error report that I would send to microsoft but thats about 100 pages long and prolly wouldnt fit in the forum...I dont know how I got this problem and I have virus scanned and virus scanned but mcafee shows no viruses and I run adware killers and I dont have anymore of that anymore...unless its hiding from the program or something. I just dunno what to do about this...maybe someone out there has had a similar problem and can help or anyone who knows how to fix this sort of thing...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
