has ne one actually got a valid result and solution to the problem of freezing with this piece of sh*t

i am having the problem of freezing i have downloaded 4 times removed each time. I have windows me now i dont need some stupid pratt telling me to get rid of me and get xp unless they are willing to pay for it i need a realistic solution to be honest i am starting to get a little p***ed off with this its not really what u expect from a multi national company like MSN is it. Any one who can tell me how to download a supposedly free download sent to me by msn in form of an email will be very appreciated
