You don't even need to cd to use SBC dsl.. actually the cd has a crapload of stuff you probably don't want installed
My Network Places>View Network Connections> Create a new network connection>>>>
Next>1st Bubble - Next> 2nd Bubble - Next > SBC requires password so Bubble 2 - Next -> "Sbc Yahoo! DSL" - Next> Fill out the boxes.. and your all set.

Okay.. i've tried this many times.. i've searched.. i think i've tried it all.. but now its time to turn to the experts.... You guys...
The problems I am encountering:
[AFTER INSTALL OF WINDOWS]
1) Requires me to click yes and then okay for the visual settings
2) Requires me to input username, firewall, and then the internet settings.
I want it to skip both of these.. and i thought i had it right because at one time it did.. then i fiddled with it and now it don't... too bad i didn't save the other one
Please don't direct me to the winnt.sif reference page.. i've been there and tried...
I have it for download.. and for viewing..

ALrighty.. i make my iso with cd image gui... Use the boot file and such.. and i got all the apps in.. IF i run the utility and it makes the iso.. i try using Virtual PC and it tells me when i try to select the iso that " the file does not appear to be a cd image. CD image files must be greater than 2MB and in multiples of 2K size..
I do not get this error if i take out the entire microsoft office installer. But if i put it in and remake it i get this error every time. I've even tried using different iso makers. With all off the data on it is 2.45 gig. . . what am i oding wrong?

I am not sure what mode i am using but i believe its runoncex or w/e that one is..
I truely have a WPI made and would like to clean up all the shortcuts made to the startmenu and to the quick launch if possible. I would have no idea how to do this. The code would probably have to be in dos coding since id have to have it run as a cmd file since its all from WPI. Any idea's would be great. Thnx
I would like the ability to create my own shortcuts and how would i do this either??
NEVERMIND I FIGURED IT ALL OUT...

Alright kidds... i finally got my entire first WPI install disk to work... and i currently have everything copy over to my hdd and it takes a long time to copy 2.5 gig's to my hard drive just to delete it about an hour later... Do you guys have most everything install off the cd or how do you guys do it?? Another thing ... is there a way to get rid of the stupid pop up crap that comes up after the windows install.. that asks you for windows firewall and user name and test internet and that bogus crap?? also . . .

Alrighty.. I gots a problem. I have the Unattended.sif file and then the autogenerated unattended.cmd file. I assumed it was needed so i put it there. Than when i make the iso with CD IMAGE GUI or w/e and select the bootfile im told to. I get a 3rd UNATTENDED file.. cept this one is a txt file . I assume they are all needed. I then have my install.cmd script running at RUNGUIONCE or w/e that one is. I forget off the top of my head. The problem is. The OEM files aren't being copied over like they are supposed to. Below is my UNATTENDED.sif file which is located in the I386 folder. and yes it will go thru the entire setup w/o prompting me for anything. Once it reboots it gives me the startup screen which asks for my username and tries to connect to the internet and that sorta thing. Thnx for looking guys and i hope you can help. Let me know if you need anything else.

Do you have a copy of the corporate version??
Alright.. The problem is this.
I get it to run the setup just fine. Thru windows. Then after it reboots it brings up the annoying as hell screen that wants me to setup my computer.. With the firewall and connect to internet and register and username sorta thing. I went back and checked for errors 3 or 4 times. And tried redoing it and it still wont. So now i come to you. The codes are all below. It doesn't even copy the files from the disk to the C:/install file like its supposed to.
I don't have anywhere to host the files :-( If anyone knows a site that i can upload txt files and sif and cmd files.. or just zip files then please let me know :-)
Below is a screenshot of my folder layout...

Add the code into the Unattended portion
UnattendSwitch="yes"

What did you make the image with.. CDImage GUI?? If you did, did you use the boot.ini file as the boot file?

Thnx again.. i got a problem again. . . but im gonna try to troubleshoot htis one totally on my own.. we'll see how that goes

Meah.. Each workstation must have their own unique key unless you have the corportate license for certain number of uses per key.. So why don't you do the unattended then get a license key changer :-) and have that run at GUIONCE and change it on first boot

and then i feel like a moron for skipping that part.... thats what i get :-(
Thank you kind sir

Adobe Photoshop CS -----> Type %windir% to your "Run" or command prompt. Delete the setup.iss file there if you have one. Run the installer with /r (record mode) switch, complete the installation and don't restart. Press Alt+Tab to go back to your %windir% folder. Grab the setup.iss file created there.
And umm... put it where??

Hardwood Euchre
Bittornado 0.3.8 --- CONQUERED
Adobe Photoshop CS -- CONQUERED
Adobe Acrobat 7
Partition Magic 8 - Conquereed
Frontpage-- Conquered
Alright.. i have legal copies of each of these. I've tried the Adobe photoshop thing where you copy the windows .iss file or w/e that is and it still refuses to work. As for the other 3.. i guess im a failure. If someone could walk me thru them.. That would be awesome.
