Well, I suggest you to don't judge different requirements from yours with these approach, not a good way to run a business.
I use Windows since 3.11, and in the end I prefer having:
a completely empty taskbar for opened apps only;
don't use pin feature;
I pin "important" apps to start menu instead;
I use automated shortcuts by other applications to start up my standard workspace;
I use search feature to start up other applications (Windows search or launchers).
Moreover, pinning apps to taskbar sounds quite "stupid" to me because I use different multidisplay layouts (with StartAllBack) and pinned icons stay on the main even if opened and positioned in other ones (grouping completely disabled for using middle-click close feature).
As you can see, it's not the case, answering in so rude manner. You can surely answer in a more kind way or, at least, ignore suggestions.
StartAllBack is an application to customize the system, I don't think my post deserve this type of reply. In the end, I'm always a paying customer...
