  1. Another board put me on the right track and I'll share with you what I've found if any one else runs into this in the future. OK. . .I feel so lame but, here goes. . . If you SAVE the document in NORMAL view mode. . .it will OPEN in NORMAL view mode. What a silly bunt.
  2. No luck on any of those ideas. Oh well. It's not really a show stopper but I do appreciate your input! = Danno49
  3. . . .have them print but not show up when viewing the document?
  4. Interesting ideas. I have tried the Office Update site and don't remember seeing anything. I'll try it again. Safe mode and then trying to acces the help files? Hadn't thought of that one either, I must confess. Thank you for your suggestions. I'll see what happens and let you know the results. Thank you for your ideas! Danno49
  5. OS: WIN2K SP3 Office Ver.: 2K SR-1 IE 6 with all updates loaded I know this sounds weird, but I have a user that is getting IE script errors when trying to use the help files. It happens when they try and open the Project Map section. The HTML help file opens just fine, but when they move the cursor over the window, the script errors start. They are from IE, blue text and red text errors. The funny thing is that I can run the help files under the Administrator profile with no problem whatsoever. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Kind Regards, Danno49
