I would not call it a "scam", but giving them 3K$ on that info is IMHO a tadbit "adventurous" (the 99 bucks on groupon may do to have an idea on how it works, though personally I would by a few good Cisco books with that money)

I absolutely agree with you. Very useful and correct thoughts. Online university is an absolute breakthrough in the educational system. I am sure that the education system, including university, school, and especially the college system, should be reformed drastically, but gradually. The conditions under which our children study are the conditions of the 19th-20th century with some minor improvements. I like the idea of libertarian pedagogy, about which I wrote a great research with the help of the company https://papersowl.com/pay-for-papers. I had to pay for papers online, but it was worth it. I received very valuable statistical and factual material from good sources which brought my level of work to the peak of my abilities and which allowed me to establish myself in the idea that the teaching system is really very outdated.

In Mortal Kombat 11, there are no forge recipes like that. The developers make them as hidden and mysterious as the location and purpose of the MK11 key items in Krypt. Here you can find information on where the forge is located, how to craft items and much more.
