you may try with older language pack
I've tried releases 28.8.0_RC1, 28.8.0_RC2, 29.0.0_RC2 none worked.
Release 28.8.0_RC2 worked with previous Pale Moon (palemoon-28.9.0a1.win32-git-20200229-384ae7977-uxp-ae8eb4d4c-xpmod.7z)

Hi, in last Pale Moon (palemoon-28.9.0a1.win32-git-20200307-13122a94e-uxp-88da01c29-xpmod.7z) pl.xpi localization from JustOff stoped working. general.useragent.locale automatically changing from pl-PL to en-US every time I restart browser.

I'm not advanced in browsers and I've got old laptop with Windows XP and processor Intel Celeron M 1500MHz (probably with SSE) and 1GB RAM. I use it frequently because i use old utility programs that don't "like" newer systems. Could You give me advice witch browser choose and what version (Palemoon xpmod or Basilisk xpmod) Thank You in advance.

My MailNews establish connection to e-mail service provider (it's 213.180.147.154:993) it's not a Cox. And I don't find any email with remote resources from Cox. Good to know that your MailNews is not making this connection so it's something wrong only with my computer.
