i have installed Xp on my computer and i had broadband on my old computer but now everytime i go on the internet my computer restarts. i dont know if this is my computer or the service provider but if anyone could tell me id be grateful thnx

I am trying to install my Windwos XP disk onto my new computer but when trying to install i get a message saying that the file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or deleted, status 4096 and i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or can advise me on what do to. Thanx
