Hey, this sounds familiar, but I don't have a fix ! I had my account "administrator" running fine, I created another profile for my wife (bescause she kept deleing shortcuts etc) but when she logged on as limited or admin user the pc access speed, internet access etc was like Steve Austin in slow motion.... Is there a registry fix Or something wrong with the profiles Its something else to think about. So what did I do to resolve after 2 months, I built a new Rig
