Was I being stupid? Had I read one FAQ too few? No. The answer if any of you have the same problem...... is plain old bad luck. When I used setup manager, some how... no idea how.... some files were not copied to my network location! I removed and re-added the product and now it's fine. It has taken me 5 hours to work that out but ah well! Thanks to all who had a think about it - hope this info helps someone else. Cheers Alex Kingsbury
