what happens to the drivers after finishing the installation? are the drivers now a part of my windows directory? what happens if i remove the "D" folder after installing? should i remove the "D" folder?

well, my "install" folder on the hard drive is like a backup whensoever i want to reinstall my applications i dont have to look for the cd. its an advantage.

installing your applications from cdrom is sometimes a reduction in speed i think. after copying all the installers to your hard drive and running them off the hard drive you can easily remove all your installers. so there is nothing to be said against it.

RD /S /Q "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Installers\" should remove the whole "Installers" folder.
