I recently upgraded to Win10 from Win7SP1. I find Win10 to be pretty good, except for the annoying explorer.exe crashes. It happens consistently when I right click on the ThisPC icon on my desktop or on any other folder icon. I checked the Event Viewer and a bunch of Error and Information events are reported under the Application section of Windows Logs. From these logs I believe that explorer.exe is faulting with KERNELBASE.DLL. The error log right after that reports, "Failed to schedule Software Protection service for re-start at 2115-07-18T05:33:17Z. Error Code: 0x80041318." I have created a dump when explorer.exe crashed and have included a link to the zipped dmp file. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=C710580EB7A8C263!356&authkey=!AFXQ3Y3PkwhHeps&ithint=file%2czip Could someone help me sort this out? Thanks
