I got my laptop computer 1 year ago. (My 1st computer). Dell installed Windows XP. I had Windows media player 9 and liked it. I burned lots of CD's and played them in my car. Last August I installed SP2. Then Windows would not load at all. Microsoft helped me to take it off of my computer. Sometime in there I upgraded to windows media player 10 (I'm not sure if I did this before I installed SP2 or after.) My Problem: Windows media Player 10 does not respond. It will play a song but if I touch anything it hangs up and stops responding. I had successfully burned some CD's to play in my car while using media player 9. Now I cannot do anything with the player. And I can no longer burn CD's. Microsoft has been no help whatsoever. I have removed windows media player 10 and tried to download player 9 several times. Each time I try this it gets to a certain point and says it is aware that I have a newer version of windows media player on my computer and now this program will exit....t gives me no option but to exit. So I can't even go back to using media Player 9. Thank tou for ANY help you can give me. I really do appreciate your time. Dawter
