  1. Sorry for sounding stupid, but this thing seems a bit too advanced for me. I don't really know how to run those commands even after reading your tutorial, nor how to get the ETL file. Could you possibly simplify it for me?
  2. Hello. I started getting issues with my PC about 2 months ago and I hope you could help me out with it, as I'm no expert with computers. First of all, I have AMD FX-8350 8 core processor that runs flawlessly (at least in my opinion), however, Interrupts start taking 7% of CPU usage at random. One day everything is fine, the next day I have to restart my PC like crazy make it stop. So I downloaded LatencyMon since it seemed easier and got these two results. http://oi61.tinypic.com/ifpilf.jpg http://oi60.tinypic.com/2csgwfd.jpg I tried turning my router off and storport.sys dropped down completely, though ndis.sys remained the same. As for hal.dll, I really don't know what is that, nor where to find newer drivers for such. However, these are the results while the CPU was at 1%, so I don't know if I'd get a completely different driver if I waited for it to jump back up to 7~10%. Since I have no experience with this, could I get rid off the issue by re-installing Windows, instead of trying to deal with one culprit? Also, if it means anything, this started when I opened my PC to push the graphic card a bit harder onto the motherboard (I was losing signal on my monitor). Ever since I did that, my PC has been acting really strange. Sometimes it's stuck in BIOS and won't move, so I have to force restart it. Or it gets stuck at 'Starting Windows' part and I have to restart it again. Other times it won't restart itself through Windows, it gets stuck at 'Shutting down'. And another thing, it shuts itself down after a while when it's in Sleep mode, but recently it just started doing the opposite by turning itself back on in the middle of the night. I really don't know if it's the hadware's fault, or software. I had to change multiple parts in my system due to coil whine issues, so I'm not sure if there are some older drivers that are still installed to cause it to act like this.
