Thanks. I already changed nvidia driver now there's the latest on system. And I changed audio driver too. But didn't help unfortunately. Problem is starting when I connect to internet and it's getting worse if I watch and listen Youtube and also want to use different site. I had problem with online stream as well. Cpu goes up to 100% usage with many process I can't pick one what is guilty. I tried different browsers and installed three system so far (xp, win7). I have new hdd, graphics card. Browser must to work normally with weaker system so that's why I don't understand. Cpu temperature is ok. This is Dell Optiplex GX620 what's not supported win7 exactly they don't have win7 driver but the windows updater can find all of them. And with xp system was same. I'm going to check IRQ in January because this is my father-in-law's computer. update the nVIDIA driver and make sure the graphic card doesn't share the IRQ with other devices.
