[Aero Glass for Win8 RC4]

Hi! Version 4 is very nice and fast in direc3d mode, but sometimes it just simple crashes. I was moving a window last time when crash occured.

For me, the taskbar is darker and not that transparent.

It is more transparent if you blur the background with photosop behind and enable taskbar transparency.

I just tried the app and after triing it, i did uninstall but after uninstall, it still skips the metro why is it? also did a system restore but no help

One bug is fixed for me in 0.3 with trillian, but Avion pro skin (which also use transparency) still crash and the crash log is the same but with other hex codes. And i have an idea to fix the task bar blur for me I'll blur my wallpaper there:DD

Try to disable taskbar transparency with this: http://hb860.deviantart.com/art/Opaque-Taskbar-for-Windows-8-347219169 It should enable Aero for it.

Thanks! I had the program but did not noticed this. Sadly it's just the blur but it's 80% transparent and cannot be set to full glass.

I have an other bug: if the blur is set to higher (like 70+), if you move the window, it makes artifacts if you move them trough other aero surfaces.

The higher the blur, the higher the effect is visible. I cant make scrennshot of it.

Oh and im sorry but I'd like to know is it normal ig the taskbar is not blurred, only the windows?

For me, glass doesn't apply to the taskbar, ony the windows. Is it normal in the preview?

And if I start trillian (chat program which has aero glass background in it's theme), dwm crashes. Here is my crash log:

I have 2 aero themes for trillian and one is working but only if i start trillian before and dwm after. If I start dwm first, then the window content will not be visible.
