yes uninstall media player 10 and Put media player 9 back cause I know a few people who installed media player 10 and had all the same probs hope this helps if you cant find media player 9 try looking no download.com

can anyon help me , since installing sp2 on my xp home pc and also on my wife's I cannot use sysem restore, is this a knon problem with sp2 or should I reinstall sp1 there seems to be a lot of problems that other people are having to system retore is the only problem I have .
