    You need to uninstall the new launcher. Grab the old one (Vista saves folders history maybe you can find it there in "Installers" folder) and install it. Now you need to delete "PlayGTAV.exe". Copy "GTAVLauncher" to your desktop and name it "PlayGTAV.exe" and put it to your gta v folder. That's it. I have tried it only on steam version so i have no idea if this is going to work on dvd version.

    Is that method still working? I had no luck on my GTA 5. I didn't had folder history cause i recently install it, so i download it and i renamed the GTAVLauncher to PlayGTAV.exe and it prompt "Please launch GTA V using PlayGTAV.exe" when i launching it. Maybe i wrongly download the version?

    looks like the reading of the hibernation file is slow:


    hiberread="77696000"

    your Hitachi Travelstar 5K250 160GB is not the fastest HDD.

    Oh yeah, those HDD is my secondary Drive and I installed at HDD Caddy, I got it from my old laptop. My Primary is SSD Team Xtreem S3 120GB and I install windows 8 in SSD.

    Maybe I will try to tweak hibermate settings :-/ (size to 100%)
