Hello, The company I work for has the Sharp MX-M450N printer/fax/copier in their Accounting Department. I am a relatively new employee, but delays are probably the most frustrating element of any work-environment. This printer is creating a headache of delays. In short, when printing invoices from PDF, they will all be registered as jobs the printer will start. However, after a VERY long wait 1/3 jobs will not print. The problem is "Band-aid" fixed by turning off the printer, turning it on and then (hopefully) moving on to the next job as the current job is then lost (Resulting in a big headache if the job is something not easily retrieved). I've called Sharp's customer help and they brushed me off to their dealers. I called the dealers and they were VAGUE on a DIY job to potentially reoslve it; by vague, they were pushing for me to bring in the printer or have someone come down and work on it - typical bs from a supplier. I am pretty proficient with repairs, but I need to know where to look and I've stonewalled myself (Google, troubleshoot, etc.), in addition to being stonewalled by the manufacture.
