Here's an exe I've made with the Royale Theme, including olive green, silver and blue color style, that works with every version of Windows XP, it also includes the 3D Windows XP screensaver...
This can be installed via svcpack.inf, just add the line Royale.exe without switches.
To have it as default theme when the install is done, add this to winnt.sif:

Still I have a question :
Would it work if called from cmdlines.txt instead of svcpack.inf ?

Is the j2re 1.4.2_05 installer you made still available ?
'cuz I use Eclipse (code editor) and I believe they haven't published a release that works well with jre1.5 yet

Well, been doin' some search all around the forum, but still didn't find anything of interest about that one.
Sure I considered the autopartition option, which designed F: partition as the one to use (more space available). Doesn't fit at all.
The thing is :
How could I (*automaticaly indeed*) make the install format the partition c: using NTFS (full format, not quick one), then install Windows on that partition, so that I could skip the manual choice. That is the last thing prompted during the install.
If you solve that for me, I'll finally be able to put the disc in the drive, power on the PC then run for a coffee without looking back at the screen (without even switching it on, that is ;oP)

The title says it all :
Is it possible to slipstream a language pack to a Nero Installer ?
Must add :
- I made a search, found nothing about that specific question
- Another search took me to this post and I wondered if it spoked about a problem when installing a language pack after a Nero installation made with the /silent switch, or about a problem when installing a language pack using the /silent switch ?

Geez, I didn't even try to use Winrar on the Intelligent Updater File... *shame, shame*
Anyway, the third step instructs us to copy the files toward C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\VirusDefs\Incoming\
This is certainly used to update an installed NAV.
I guess I should copy it directly to the installation CD and replace the existing files in the ISO I created, but do you reckon I should put it in :
- D:\CD XP\$OEM$\$1\install\Applications\NAV2003\VIRUSDEF
or
- D:\CD XP\$OEM$\$1\install\Applications\NAV2003\VIRUSDEF/LATEST
folder ?
Do you think either of these 2 folders is useless ?
Some files are in both the folders, and I wonder if it installs definitions in VIRUSDEF when installing NAV, then updating with "LATEST" folder, or is it directly using "LATEST" ?
Dunno whether I'm very clear or not, but you'll let me know if not

Hello all,
I make my first steps in the wonderful world of the unattended Windows CD.
Creating my CD, I already included several programs, one of those being NAV2003.
The question is :
How could I proceed in order to install a fully updated version (for both security updates and virus definitions, as far as it's possible) ?
(The point is indeed to avoid downloading all software and defs updates after every installation)
I got the latest virus defs pack (20040929-024-i32.exe, that is) and installed it.
I quite expected it was a self-extracting archive which I would be able to copy/paste in the right place, but it is merely an automatic installer which updates the NAV installed on the PC.
I saw a "VIRUSDEF" folder on my NAV Install CD, which I thought was the place to look for, but I still can't figure out how to place the latest definitions in there (apart from the fact that I can't copy it roughtly on the CD, indeed ;oP)
If anyone understood what I said (sorry for the approximative english, by the way, I'm a poor frenchy froggy), please let me know a way to fix that (if existing).

I use AdbeRdr602_distrib_fra.exe, and tried the switches advised here and there (general topic about program switches, specific adobe topics), none worked :-/
Ones I tried :

Some clues why I still got the dialog boxes and must click "next" each time ?
