When I try to open Microsoft Word I get an error message: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WebServiceProviders\WebDrive\www.msnusers.com After going to the MS Web site to find a solution it told me to remove the registry key by clicking on MS Office and then using the troublshooting for MS Word. I do this and the troubleshooting is not there. I also have tried to uninstall and reinstall this program with no success because this same message keeps coming back up. Can anyone help?
