No one wants to help me!? Isn't any idea !?

Hi all friends, We are going to control our users by having a copy of their emails which send to others. To explain more, I want to add a specific CC to email accounts which send a copy of sending emails to email of their manager. We use MDAEMON mail server , but I can not find anything on Internet to help me. I want to ask all of you to help me to design a reliable and good solution for this issue. Please let me know, If any more information is required.
