that option will remove all existing partitions.......i only want my c partition formated, not the others

Hello all, I'm trying to make an unattended windows installation, which works but the only thing i can't get automated is the fact that i want to have my C partition formated automaticly before the windows setup starts...because you can't let windows format a partition with the winnt.sif....... It must be possible but i'm not sure how......i've read things about using BartPE or Windows PE but i'm not sure where to start to make these things fully automatic....... Does anyone know how to do this???
