  1. Sorry, Just realised that this doesn't really show the layout of the dvd, so again \Root\PRO1.DAT \Root\PRO1\ \Root\Install\XP\PRO \Root\other necessary files
  2. Okay, |Root |--PRO1 |--SETUP |--XP |--PRO |PRO1.dat |other necessary files I use Win2k SP4, BartPE and XP Pro SP2 for it. When i try to make a new cd/dvd using all the files from the already working dvd, it asks me to insert 2nd installation disk in drive a: during the installation procedure; same happens when I try to make a different dvd using the files from ROOT but moving them over to an other partition. I use CDShell. Can I provide any further information that might be useful? PS: The disk00* files exist in the boot folder, but why should they change or dissapear when moving the folder? Thanks again for trying to help me, perhaps its just something ridiculous but I can't find it....
  3. Hi everybody, I've got the following problem: I'm able to assemble my multiboot-dvd, but when I try to make a new one using exactly the same bootfolder I used to build it, i get an error during install - the **** thing asks me to insert the 2nd boot disk in drive a: although I didn't even create the folders via bootdisks... the same happens as soon as i copy the bootfolder from one location to another. Has anybody ever had the same problem and /or can think of a way to bypass this annoying bug? Thx in advance!
  4. Hi, I've got a big problem with my winnt.sif, it only partially works but doesn't give me any error-messages during install. what I'm trying to do is build a multiboot dvd as described on MSFN.org. 1. it won't fill in my name and it still asks me to accept the licence agreement 2. it won't run my install.cmd to install the apps i included. Here's my winnt.sif, perhaps anybody has got an idea: ;SetupMgrTag [Data] AutoPartition=1 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" AutomaticUpdates=yes [unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemPreinstall=Yes UnattendSwitch=yes TargetPath=\WINDOWS FileSystem=* OemSkipEula=Yes Repartition=No WaitForReboot=No [GuiUnattended] EncryptedAdminPassword=Yes OEMSkipRegional=1 TimeZone=110 OemSkipWelcome=1 AdminPassword=xxx AutoLogon=Yes AutoLogonCount=1 [userData] ProductKey=XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX =>works FullName="My Name" =>doesn't work OrgName="NONE" ComputerName=blahblah [RegionalSettings] LanguageGroup=2,1 Language=00000c07 [identification] JoinWorkgroup=WORKGROUP [Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes [shell] =>works perfectly DefaultStartPanelOff=Yes DefaultThemesOff=Yes [GuiRunOnce] =>doesn't work at all Command0=%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Install\install.cmd Thanks for suggestions
