I have an old machine (Pentium II 266) with win95. The person that owns it deleted some files that I have not checked out yet, but it gets boot errors with realtime and native audio. However, the modem is the problem here. When I go to connect, I can hear the modem open the connection but I get a no dial tone error. This was the problem with the original ISA modem and I installed a PCI modem. both have the same problem. IRQ is set to 4 now (was 3) it is installed on COM2. I would appreciate any help with this!
