  1. Thanks, johnhc, and sorry for the late response, I was just making sure the solution was the real deal, and not just some random improvement. It turned out that the problem was not the WMI, but the enabled option Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) on my Belkin F5D7230-4 wireless router. After disabling it, all problems went away. Hope this helps someone else out there, thx for all the support, guys
  2. Hope you still follow this post: How exactly did you rebuild the repository folder? I'm not familiar enough with computers to being able to figure it out by myself (n00b!) I have your same problem, WMI corrupted, and can't stay connected for more than 5 minutes wirelessly
