I've started again with fresh files & this time all was OK so I have my slipstream disk. Now to see if I can load it on the PC. Thanks for the help.

Sp0iLedBrAt, I'm not sure what what you mean when you say start fresh. I'm preparing a slipstream for my desktop PC by using my laptop. I've copied the XP disk, XP SP3 file & driver files to separate folders on the laptop and I'm pointing nLite to those folders. Are you saying I should not use these source files a 2nd time?

I restarted nLite & loaded the last session, you can see here that 'create a bootable ISO' was selected. screen

I've only managed to get to picture #39 once, now I get to the previous picture, click next & nLite closes.

I'm having a similar problem to hanqianliong, I've selected 'create a bootable ISO' in the start screen then I get as far as picture #38 in Sp0iLedBrAt's link, select next & nLite closes. Previously I got as far as picture #39 & selected 'burn direct' but again nothing happened. Am I missing some other step?
