  1. Interesting - doesn't seem very enterprise-friendly though. Working in a single domain environment, or allowing only one partition (well, 2, but one of them is used by DistriBrute, so effectively one) means it's just not meant for anything large scale. Still a cool idea though.

You certainly have a point there about the lack of multi domain support and partitioning. Maybe they provide these options soon.

The used protocol however is VERY enterprise-friendly!

  2. 4M88, a Dutch company, offers a product called DistriBrute.

DistriBrute works via P2P (BitTorrent) and is used for migrations on Windows platforms, installation of bare metal desktops, desktop reinstallations, application deployment and installations.

I have tested DistriBrute on 12 desktops and it really works great. Deploying software is a whole new approach via BitTorrent.

DistriBrute is very easy to setup and easy to use too :thumbup

Give it a try! Here the link to the 4M88 website

DistriBrute is free for up to 25 desktops (in a test environment). Download a copy of DistriBrute at http://www.4m88.com/software.html

    Have fun :w00t:
