Well I did, and this is what turned up.
Thanks anyway.

Same problem here (with Mice as well). I'd really appreciate a solution to this.

Yep, it has similarities. Maybe I should've looked more before re-inventing the wheel

Don't know about that. I just looked at WPI but that required the Scripting Host and IE and was fullscreen.
So I decided to write my own app.

What do you mean "timeout script"? It's in the Sourcecode, look at the Timer() function, which is called every second if TimeOut is greater than 0

Greetings!
To make selecting what to install a little easier on my second setup CD, I created this little script:
It reads its entries from a easy to understand .ini file. Example and Helpfile are included.
What it does is simply executing the specified commands one-by-one. Great for silent installers.
Has the ability to select checkboxes by Default and start installing automatically after a given period of time.
After installation, boxes are disabled to prevent double-installations.
Maybe someone else finds it useful, too. Of course I'm always open for suggestions

P.S. Groups will come at some point

just as another note, this key (TaskbarWinXP) also controls alot of other things for the taskbar. Height, Toolbar placements, and even OTHER toolbars. I have 2 bars that load with my system everytime I install. Sure you gotta keep the paths the same, but the bars are created.
can you describe that in a little more detail?
If that's important: I'm using WinXP SP2.
as you can see on my Desktop (warning: 1600x1200) I have two toolbars on the right side.
In HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Desktop
there are "Taskbar" "TaskbarWinXP" "Toolbars" (all with binary values) and "Upgrade" (DWORD set to 1)
which do I have to reimport to get the bars back?
thanks in advance!

Dont choose "delete .cat Files" the next time you nLite. I had the same problem.
Found this solution in month-old forum threads. Maybe there should be some kind of FAQ.
