People were having a similar problem in the RCs of SP2, where having Alcohol or DT installed would stop SP2 from installing. I'm having that problem as well, if I try to install SP2 while Alcohol is installed I get an error on atapi.sys which will only go away if I uninstall Alcohol first and then try to install SP2. I guess Alcohol Software and the Daemon Tools people will have to release a fix for this, because it doesn't look like MS is going to
