What program would I need to copy to a floppy from another computer in orderto do a reinstall if this is what I need to do? 0

Keyboard Installed
Mouse Installed
Hard Disk Installed
ATAPI Installed
Floppy A Installed
NTLDR-I/O Error Reading Disk
Please install new floppy
I don't have any installation disks and this computer does not go online.
