Hi Nazz, VirusScan relies on ActiveX which means you must have Internet Explorer as your browser. With Service Pack 2 the most common things I see are: The popup blocker built into the IE browser. Any other popup blockers or toolbars like google,yahoo, adaware SE full version, ets. Also your winsock could be corrupt. What I do sometimes is open my Browser and go to the mcafee website. http://us.mcafee.com . Click Home Users . Log into your account if you have one. Then try the install.
