Ok I think I got it. It was a bad rip of XP. Kinda strange, as this is the second bad rip of XP that's happened to me in a row. The first one gave a totally different error that manifested after the textmode installation was finished.

Reinstalled .net 3.5 & SP1, same thing happens :/

Just doing a regular nlite image creation, and this keeps coming up. If I turn off all the modifications, it seems to work fine. What is causing this?
