so far, it looks like im missing microsoft odbc administrator (data sources (odbc) is missing in administrative tools) i also found my last session LAST_SESSION.INI

im running windows xp sp1 heavily stripped down by nlite, and im having trouble installing postgresql and running poker tracker i get this error when attempting to install postgresql: "an error occured executing the microsoft vc++ runtime installer" i get this error when attempting to run poker tracker: "database error unable to connect to the hand history database. 999 - sqlstate = im002 [microsoft] [odbc driver manager] data source name not found and no default driver specified" i dont remember what i removed from windows since its been so long since reformatting would appreciate it if someone could point out what is necessary to install and run these programs thanks
