  1. I used the proram DriverDiskPrep.exe to create a RAID setup disk in a floppy. And it created the same txtsetup.oem that you have in the attachments (I think). I integrated the driver and the XP installation was a success! Thank you johnc for not letting me give up! There are of course some minor problems: -The ATI graphics driver didn't install. (It is not digitally signed because I downloaded it from the sapphiretech website) -I selected "provide defaults" in the unattended mode option, but it never showed me the product key. -Two users was created: My own name and a user called OWNER? I never got an option to change this while installing. I didn't choose to skip OOBE, but it was skipped anyway for some reason... -The loading from the CD took a long time. 10 times longer than it did earlier. So the installation also took a long time to finish. Could this be because I selected the "burn directly" option? Should I choose to create an ISO-file instead and then burn the image to a CD? EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed all above problems..
  2. I'm not running a RAID right know, so I don't actually need the promise drivers. The SATA controller is included with the VIA raid driver, so I need to install them. The VIA files with the txtsetup.oem are in the drvdisk folder. For XP they are in the NT5 folder (subfolder under drvdisk folder) Here is a screenshot of the files and txtsetup.oem i integrated on nlite: LINK I have the VT8237 Integrated Serial ATA RAID controller, which is also called VIA raid controller 3149 (I think).
  3. I can't remember where I got the promise drivers (fasttx2k) and this driver does work for win 2000 and XP and win server 2003 according to the readme file. And the filename (fastx2k.INF) is also the same for all windows versions. I guess, I don't need to integrate this driver in the nlite XP install because I can just install them after the XP installation.
  4. I downloaded the VIA Raid driver from: Via Arena (it is on the 5.70A package). But why would that matter? If I install the SAME drivers from a diskette before installing XP (with the original installation CD), it works fine! Anyway, I'm not sure about the error code. It started with 00000000X... or something. I don't want to try and install XP again (I've done that 5 times today!) just to see the error code.
  5. I just tried this and it did detect my HDD, but now there is a new problem: After I format a partition and files are copied from the CD to the partition i get the BSOD. The installation doesn't go any further... What is going on? See attachments for the last session file. LAST_SESSION.INI
  6. I will try this tomorrow. Thanks for your help guys.
  7. I downloaded a driver package yes. The reason I have some driver was because I wanted to make sure the floppy driver was included, but it didn't matter... The first time I tried nlite, I did not integrate any drivers, only SP3. So why was the floppy drive deactivated during install then?
  8. By SP you mean Service Pack? I have attached the last session file (the filename is something else here because of a different language). Should I install the drivers one by one then? And, where can I find the option to chose from PNP and textmode?
  9. I integrated all drivers (that was installed in the computer) in the nlite XP installation (including the SATA drivers that is needed to install on the SATA HDD). After I tried to install windows XP, it doesn't detect my HDD if I skip the F6 part. So I tried to manually load the drivers from a floppy disk (by pressing F6 at the start of the installation) and it worked. But after I formatted a partition the floppy drive deactivates (!) and XP can not be installed because it needs the SATA drivers from the diskette. This happens everytime, no matter what I put in the nlite XP installation CD! Why does this happen? This does not happen with the default XP installation CD.
