I'm not sure, but isn't there a generic way to extract WinPE from pretty much any OS that has it?

Hey, how can I extract the build of Windows PE from the Windows 7 RC1. I'd like to make it into a bootable ISO so I can burn it and boot into that particular version of WinPE. How would I go about doing this, I have the WAIK downloaded and installed. Thanks.
